Terms of service

These Terms & Conditions apply to all services provided by Her Place Ladies Beauty Salon L.L.C/ Dominique Oehmigen License: (1614891/1606815) - located in Dubai, United Arab Emirates.

By booking an appointment, the client agrees to the following terms.

1. Appointments

All appointments must be booked in advance via online booking, WhatsApp, or other official communication channels of the studio.

Appointments are reserved specifically for each client to ensure the highest level of service and sufficient treatment time.

By booking an appointment, a service agreement between the client and the studio is established.

2. Deposit Policy

For first-time clients or selected treatments, has to pay in advance of 100% of the treatment price may be required to secure the appointment. Advance payments are non-refundable in case of cancellation or rescheduling. They will be kept as a cancellation fee or applied to the next appointment.

3. Cancellation Policy

Clients may cancel or reschedule their appointment up to 48 hours before the scheduled appointment time free of charge.

Cancellations made less than 48 hours before the appointment will result in the loss of the deposit.

If no deposit was paid, the studio reserves the right to charge up to 100% of the booked treatment price as a cancellation fee.

4. No-Show Policy

If a client does not attend the appointment without prior cancellation, this will be considered a no-show.

In this case:

* The deposit will be forfeited * The studio reserves the right to charge the full treatment price * Future appointments may require full prepayment

5. Late Arrival

Clients are kindly requested to arrive on time.

If a client arrives late:

* The treatment time may be shortened

* If the delay exceeds 15–20 minutes, the appointment may be cancelled

* The deposit may be forfeited as the reserved time cannot be reassigned

6. Payments

All services must be paid immediately after the treatment unless otherwise agreed.

Accepted payment methods may include:

* Cash * Bank transfer * Card payment * Other payment methods approved by the studio

Prices are stated in AED (United Arab Emirates Dirham).

7. Health & Medical Information

Clients must inform the studio prior to treatment if they have:

* allergies * skin conditions * eye infections * medical conditions * pregnancy * recent cosmetic procedures

Failure to disclose relevant medical information may affect treatment results and release the studio from liability for resulting complications.

8. Treatment Results

Results of beauty treatments may vary depending on individual factors such as:

* Skin condition * natural lashes or hair * aftercare * lifestyle

Therefore, the studio cannot guarantee specific results or durability of treatments.

9. Allergic Reactions

Although professional products and high hygiene standards are used, allergic reactions may occur in rare cases.

The studio is not responsible for allergic reactions.

10. Hygiene & Safety

The studio operates under strict hygiene and safety standards.

Clients showing signs of infectious diseases, eye infections, or other health risks may have their appointment postponed to protect the health of both staff and other clients. The payment is not refundable, and cancellation fee will be credited towards your next appointment.

11. Personal Belongings

The studio is not responsible for the loss, damage, or theft of personal belongings brought into the premises.

12. Client Conduct

Clients are expected to behave respectfully towards staff and other guests.

The studio reserves the right to refuse service or terminate an appointment if a client behaves inappropriately or disruptively.

In such cases, the full treatment price may still be charged.

Kids are not allowed because of the hygiene standards. – Thank you for your understanding!

13. Damages

Clients are responsible for any damage caused to studio equipment, furniture, or property and may be required to cover the cost of repairs or replacement.

14. Changes to Services or Prices

The studio reserves the right to adjust treatment methods, services, and prices at any time.

Any changes will not affect appointments that have already been confirmed.

15. Liability

The studio provides all treatments with professional care and according to industry standards.

However, the studio is not liable for:

* Reactions due to undisclosed medical conditions * incorrect aftercare by the client * natural variations in treatment results

16. Governing Law

These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of the United Arab Emirates.

Any disputes arising in connection with services provided by the studio shall fall under the jurisdiction of the Courts of Dubai.

17. Acceptance of Terms

By booking an appointment with Her Place Ladies Beauty Salon L.L.C / Dominique Oehmigen, the client confirms that they have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms & Conditions.
